Terms of Service

By accessing and using Infocentrek Technologies' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Infocentrek Technologies provides technology consulting, web development, mobile application development, AI/ML solutions, and related digital services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not transmit harmful or malicious code

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Infocentrek Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon completion of services and full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in their service agreement.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• 50% upfront payment for project initiation
• Remaining 50% upon project completion
• Monthly retainers billed in advance
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Infocentrek Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will deliver completed work to date
• Confidential information remains protected

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
